1. Required Information and Documents
1) Convention application (Paris route)
Following information and documents, in addition to the specification in English and drawings (if necessary) are required:
・Full name and address of each applicant
・Full name and address of each inventor
・Filing date and country of priority application
・Application number of priority application
・Priority documents
2) National phase of a PCT application
All of the above necessary information can be obtained from the PCT publication (WO) if it was published in English.
Copies of following documents are further required.
・Front page of PCT publication (WO)
・Amendment under PCT article 34 (2)
・Demand for international preliminary examination
・International preliminary examination report

2. Priority Document
A certified priority document must be filed within 3 months from the date of filingin India of a priority-based application.

3. Power of Attorney
The Power of Attorney can be filed withing 3 months from the date of India filing wherever is necessary.

4. Request for Examination
The request for examination must be filed within 48 moths from the date of first priority of the subject patent.
